Do you have a pioneering spirit? Is God calling you to plant a church? Morling’s new internal Church Planting Certificate SENT will commence in 2016!
This is for anyone who isn’t interested in “content download” but wants to be trained in an environment where practical application, relevant experience, and formation are crucial for learning. You will have the opportunity to connect with other planters who have a dream for planting, as well as be trained by some of our best practitioners and theoreticians inside and outside of our denomination. This is a certificate-level course, which is done part-time for a year and can be credited toward a unit in one of our degrees if you wish to pursue further study at Morling. We have a vision in our movement for 1000 healthy churches in a generation (GEN1K). Is God calling you to join with him to make that happen?
Masters in Missional Leadership
If you are a leader of a church, para-church organisation, or other institution who desires to reorient the organisation around a missional framework, then this course is for you. It is a postgraduate award, open to people with a prior degree in any field. Students with no prior theological degree will be asked to complete a course in theology for entry. Subjects will be taught by our talented Morling staff as well as international scholars and practitioners. The course is focused on training and equipping practitioners and so one key and unique component will be a major project which allows the student to design and implement a model for missional formation in their own organisation. If you are looking to keep developing as a cutting-edge leader within a challenging and stimulating environment, then think about doing the Masters of Missional Leadership. We are hopeful of having this program approved by February 2016.
Details of each course are still being worked out, however, for more information please feel free to contact Rev. Dr Karina Kreminski, Lecturer in Missional Studies at Morling College on firstname.lastname@example.org
