Morling College is establishing a vocational arm of the College to provide accredited training to pastors and people in our Churches commencing in 2017.
The VET system provides training for a wide range of workplace skills and knowledge-based competencies for a wide range of occupations, through a variety of training institutions and enterprises.
The system provides training for students of all ages and backgrounds. Students have many options for training and may study individual units or full qualifications. Training takes place in classrooms, workplaces and online, and can be either full-time or part-time.
Morling College is seeking experienced ,part time trainers who are qualified to teach any of the following accredited training courses :
- BSB42015 Certificate 4 in Leadership and Management
- BSB61015 Advanced Dip of Leadership and Management
- CHC40413 Cert 4 in Youth Work
- CHC42315 Cert 4 in Chaplaincy and Pastoral Care
The requirements are a current Cert 4 in Training and Assessment (TAE 40116) and relevant industry experience in the course you are applying to teach.
