The Association of Baptist Churches in NSW and ACT is seeking to discern God’s leading for the appointment of a Curriculum Developer and Manager of Burst Christian Resources.
The role is responsible for the development, production and sale of the GodSpace curriculum and assisting in the development and distribution of High School SRE curricula.
The successful applicant will effectively manage the GodSpace business to ensure ongoing sustainability, growth and continuous improvement. They will also review the curricula (both high school and primary) produced by Burst Christian Resources and represent the Association on relevant external bodies.
The successful applicant will possess a vision and passion for SRE and curriculum development, possess training in education and have an understanding of business management. They will have a deep commitment to the vision and values of the Association. The role requires strong team work ability, the capacity to relate positively across diverse contexts, self-motivation and the capacity to work effectively without close supervision.
The role is 0.5 – 0.6 of a full time equivalent position, with flexible working hours by arrangement.
